School holiday treat 🏫 Anak anak mummy ni baru 4 n 5 tahun.. tp dah pandai tanya nak pergi mana time cuti sekolah. haha Mummy and daddy sebenar nya tak perasan yg end of March ni cuti sekolah. Maka kami pun tak ambil cuti 🤣 Jadi, impromptu plan kita.. book la 1 bilik hotel dekat2 utk bwk mereka mandi pool.. Our destination was Bangi Resort Hotel, Bangi 😊  Muka happy masing masing 😆 feeling2 boss Adham dah tak takut swim. yeay 🏊 Not bad, cantik juga hotel ni. hehe Ok la.. lepas lah hajat mereka nak pergi vacation sempena cuti sekolah ni. Alhamdulillah 😍

Bawal Sempoi Power, Bangi 🐟 Hari ni weekend sebelum naik sekolah. Maka hari ni kita jalan2 😆 Lunch kami di Bangi sebelum check in. Daddy seperti biasa akan nak makan ikan keli. So kita pun jalan2 cari keli.. Destinasi kami ke restoran BAWAL SEMPOI POWER, Bangi. Pelbagai seafood goreng dan bakar ada di sini. Seafood ni kita pilih lepas tu makan dgn nasi putih dan kuah kari. Side dish seperti ulam ulaman pun ada. Jom layan gambar.. sesampai je kat sana, terus beratur utk pilih seafood. Ada keli, pari, sotong, udang galah, dan yg paling penting sekali, mestilah ada BAWAL 🤣 side dishes yg boleh dipilih utk mkn bersama nasi this was what we ordered, 3 ekor keli utk 3 org peminat keli ni.. all this for rm30. Standard price la..  Sotong bakar cicah sambal kicap. mummy punya. rm15..  By the way, sesiapa yg nak dtg, tempat ni buka setiap hari dari 11am-5pm. Selamat mencuba! 

B. I. G @the LINC KL Hari ni pertama kali dengar tentang tempat ni dan pertama kali juga menjejakkan langkah di tempat ni. Sgt3 excited dgn konsep dan deko the LINC KL ni 😍 Cantik kan? 😘 Kami makan di B. I. G Ben's International Grocer. Ia sebenarnya grocery store yg byk imported stuffs, lebih kurang Jaya Grocer or Village Grocer la, tp dalam pasaraya tu ada cafe kecil yg ada pelbagaj jenis makanan. We chose western food for our lunch. Lunch set sgt3 berpatutan, 2 main meal + 2 soups only rm30! 😱 so we took spegetti vologne, beef lasagna, cream of mushroom soup and french onion soup. All this for only rm30 😋 dessert was from Inside Scoop. Crunchy waffle topped with Premium Ice cream. This was rm15. So yummy😋 other than that, the B. I. G also have an organic corner where organic lovers can get almost everything in organic form, from spices to shampoos and essential oils .. 🌸 Byk lagi tempat makan di the LINC ni. for a new environment, wajib dtg! ...

Irony Today morning, as I prepared a pt for an induced abortion, i've learned that the pt is in an early pregnancy with a newly diagnosed advanced breast cancer.. Her presentation started 2 years ago, when she found a small, mobile lump on her right breast while she was breastfeeding her 3rd baby. In fact, she has been breastfeeding since 10 years ago, non stop. She went to see a doctor but was told that the lump was normal, that it was her milk ducts.. Little that she knows that it was something bad and could change her future.. Now, the lump has grown bigger and become fixed to the overlying skin and made her skin darker. After all these changes that she went for another check up and was told that she has right breast cancer which has spread to the liver.. A few weeks after that she found out that she was pregnant, but the surgeons have decided that she will be needing chemo and an operation for her breast. So, here I am, helping her for a medical termination of pregnancy...

School holiday 🏫 School holiday is here! I wasn't actually affected by this as my children are still small and still in kindergarten. But it touched us when my daughter suddenly say that we haven't planned to bring them anywhere this school break So.. hubby googled and decided to bring them for a short staycation.. A littld sneak peak.. Can't wait! 😍

Beef lasagna recipe 😋 Today I'm going to share my homemade beef lasagna recipe. Nyum nyum.. Okay, u r going to need: 1. bolognese sauce - minced beef - tomato puree - tomato sauce - big onions, chopped - garlic, chopped - salt, sugar - mixed herbs 2. cheese sauce - cheddar cheese, 1 block - milk - salt, pepper - butter - wheat flour 3. lasagna pasta Now its show time.. Make the bolognese sauce first 1. stir fry garlic n big onion in a pot until soft. then put in the minced meat. 2. once the meat is cooked, put in the tomato puree n tomato sauce, salt. put in water if necessary 3. add in mixed herbs once the sauce is cooked Then the cheese sauce 1. melt butter n put in 2 spoons of flour. stir in the flour until it incorporate with the butter 2. put in milk n stir well. once the milk has warmed, put in the cheese n cook until it melts. 3. garnish with pepper n salt Finally, its time to layer the lasagna.. yeay 1st layer would be the bolognese sauc...

Labour room, HKL 👶 Hello everybody..! Today i'm going to share a bit about my work place. It is a public area and almost half of the reproductive aged women come here at least once for a lot of reasons, but most importantly, to deliver their precious babies safely.. This is the front door HKL LABOUR ROOM. Looks a bit 'old'.. yeah, as old as my mother actually. This building was actually built in 1963, so yeah.. This is what its like to be in the compound. This is the front desk where the patients will be received by their nurses and will be prepared at their respective rooms. HKL labour room is mother friendly, in which it permits the patients husband, mother or sister to accompany the patients in the room until they deliver. Therefore the mother wont feel lonely or scared. And of course, if there is no one to accompany the patient, our nurses are ever ready to help in what ever conditions.. Good day everyone! After 1 year, i've decided to share my experience taking MRCOG part 1 exam in Singapore July 2018.. I started studying for my part 1 around March, but the real struggle was actually 2 months before the exam. The last 1 week before exams were literally 'burning the night candle'. haha Most of my study materials i owe the FB Page `MRCOG Part 1, Road To Success'. Seriously. There were compilation of past years questions and notes in the files. I didnt have any specific books. I only have a small note book for my notes which i made basically from the questions that i did. These are my groupmates during my exam in RELC, Singapore. 1 month later, when my results came, i was reluctant to open the email. haha. my husband opened up the mail for me. Alhamdulillah i passed!
